Charity Golf Day
The Gresham Benevolent Fund Charity Golf Day will be held on Thursday 20th June 2024 at the rather lovely Reigate Hill Golf Club. Our intention is to host 20 x 4-ball teams for a fun competition with prizes.
The venue has convenient access from the M25 as well as a good train station nearby, with plentiful taxis, so that you can fully take advantage of the relaxed sunny day after your round of golf and meal.

Format
Following a a Shotgun Start at 1100, the competition will be 4-Ball Bowmaker Stableford*, using official course adjusted handicaps. There will be additional prizes for:
Nearest the Pin (Par 3)
Nearest the Pin in 2 (Par 4)
Longest Drive
Best dressed team
*Bowmaker Scoring: Par 5: 2 to count, Par 4: 3 to count, Par 3: all 4 to count. Mulligans off the tee @ £5 each to Gresham Benevolent Fund

The event will comprise: Bacon roll and tea/coffee on arrival, 18 holes on Reigate Hill GC, Pimms Bar, Buffet meal, Raffle and Auction, Prizegiving
The entry fee per 4 ball is just £296 with all the profits going to the Charity. To enter please register using the ENTRY FORM.
Raffle: We ask each team member to bring along a bottle of wine or spirits to donate to the raffle.
Provisional Timings
0930 - Registration opens
1000 - Bacon rolls and tea/coffee
1030 - Welcome and starter's briefing
1100 - Shotgun start
1530 - Buffet
1615 - Raffle, Auction and Prizegiving
The Bar is of course open throughout and there is a lovely outside seating area from which to enjoy a view of the course.
